Thriving with Nature

We're harnessing the awesome power of nature to regenerate land and produce nutrient-dense food.

Raised with (Com)passion

And without compromise.

Inspired Farmers

We're not running a cynical modern corporation, but serving a mission to restore human health and sound ecology.

Maximizing Nourishment

Farming with passion produces unbelievably nourishing and delicious food.

What We Do

We prioritize the well-being of the land and our animals to produce high-quality food that you can trust.

We're driven by the desire to leave a lasting legacy that's
rooted in a deep respect for the land and a passion for sharing the exhilirating potential of regenerative agriculture.

What We Don't Do

  • No Pharma

No vaccines, antibiotics, hormones, dewormers, or other chemical interventions into our animals' bodies.

  • No Soy

Unfermented soybeans are toxic, and monogastric animals (pigs & chickens) pass these toxins onto you. We don't do soy.

  • No 'Cides

No pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides and no chemical fertilizers.

  • No GMO

We'd rather observe the results of the GMO experiment from afar than be its unwitting subjects.

  • No Grain for Cows

Our cows live off the land, supplemented with no-spray hay during parts of winter. We don't feed grains or anything else to them.

Nutrient-Dense Food

  •

    Grass-Finished Beef

Our South Poll cattle eat a diet consisting solely of fresh pasture and occasionally hay. They're raised from start to finish on our farm, and processed at a neighboring USDA butcher.

  •

    Artisinal Pork

Our pigs are of heritage breeds, raised in our forests and orchard, and supplemented with a soy-free organic grain feed and (in fall) our naturally-grown apples. The result is highly marbled dark-meat pork.

    Pastured Chicken

Our chickens are given full sunlight and fresh pasture every day and fed a non-GMO, soy-free grain supplement. We sell whole frozen chickens and will soon begin selling parted chickens.
