A quarter hog box from our heritage-breed, forest-raised organic-fed hogs. Each box includes:

  • 6 lbs pork roasts (shoulder or butt, will vary based on availability)
  • 6 lbs pork chops
  • 8 lbs sausage (you choose hot, mild, or both)
  • 3 lbs ground pork
  • 2 lbs cured bacon
  • Lard
  • Kidneys, liver, and heart

Total weight approx 30 lbs, value if bought individually = $350. Great way to enjoy variety in products but consistency in quality and nutrition!
